There are many reasons for getting away from the hustle and bustle, but sometimes you just want to be sedentary. This can happen even in your own hometown, where there’s always something new, something exciting, or just delicious to try. A while ago I went on a trip to Portugal with my family, and we found a perfect mix of beaches and mountains as well as medieval charm in charming villages throughout the country – so it was definitely worth the travel!

Quinta do Lago is situated in a really beautiful location, with stunning views over the lake and the surrounding countryside. We found that there were a lot of airbnb listings available for the hotel, which was great because it allowed us to find a property that suited all of our needs. We would definitely recommend Quinta do Lago to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Portugal.
