Room Fees, Setup Fee & Gratuity  

Sage American Grill & Oyster Bar has three separate areas where we can accommodate private groups. They are:

Main Dining Room

Our Main Dining Room seats up to 140 for dinner and can accommodate 200 for a cocktail party. It is located on the first floor and is handicap accessible. There is an adjacent outdoor deck and spectacular water views, and the room also has a fireplace. This room is available during the day, Monday thru Saturday. The Main Dinning Room is available in the evening at certain times of the year.

City Point Room

Thr CIty Point Room is located on the main first floor level of the restaurant. It has an adjacent outdoor deck, spectacular water views, and a fireplace. The City Point Room can accommodate 45 for a seated event.

Oyster Point Room

The Oyster Point Room is located on the upper level of the restaurant. It has an adjacent outdoor deck, a fireplace and spectacular water views. It can accommodate 36 for dinner and 50 for a Cocktail Reception. The Oyster Point Room can acommodate up to 75 for a Cocktail Reception when the adjacent Catwalks are included.

Room Fees

Sage American Grill & Oyster Bar charges a room fee of $125.00 per private party. This fee covers the exclusive use of the room, table set-up, standard linens, cleaning, staffing, etc.Sage American Grill & Oyster Bar sets a minimum sales level for each private room. If the sales volume of the party doed not meet the minumum sales then an additional fee is added to make up the difference. Gratuity is charged at 20% of food & beverage total, based on the minimum required saless.

The minimum sales required for exclusive us of our party rooms are as follows:

Oyster Point Room:
$1200.00 – Sunday -Wednesday
$1500.00 - Thursday - Saturday
$500.00 - Sunday Afternoon

City Point Room:
$1500.00 – Sunday –Wednesday
$1750.00 - Thursday - Saturday
$750.00 - Sunday Afternoon
